Landsat WRS-1 and WRS-2 Mosaic Scenes for Cabo Verde
LAYER WRS-2 (LANDSAT 4 to 9)

Data acquired by Landsat 4 onwards follow the Worldwide Reference System-2 (WRS-2). This updated system provides improved orbital geometry, enhances the positional accuracy of scenes relative to the Earth's surface, and reduces geometric distortions. Each scene covers an area of approximately 170 × 185 km.

Cabo Verde is covered by three paths (209, 210, and 211) and three rows (048, 049, and 050). These path/row combinations result in a total of seven distinct granules containing data.
